Client Policy

*IF CANCELLATION IS NECESSARY, PLEASE ALLOW AT LEAST 12 HOURS NOTICE. IF YOU DO NOT GIVE PROPER NOTICE YOU WILL BE CHARGED A CANCELLATION FEE OF $ 30. ANY NO SHOW WITHOUT CANCELLATION, OR CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 2 HOURS OF THE TREATMENT TIME WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ENTIRE TREATMENT COST. EMERGENCY CANCELLATIONS ARE DEALT WITH AT THE PRACTITIONERS DISCRETION.

*SESSIONS ARE TO BEGIN AND END AT THE SCHEDULED TIME. IF YOU ARRIVE LATE, YOU ARE SUBJECT TO LOSING TIME FROM YOUR SESSION AND WILL BE CHARGED FULL PRICE. IF THE THERAPIST IS LATE, YOU WILL RECEIVE THE FULL TREATMENT TIME.

*IF YOU HAVE A COLD, THE FLU, A SORE THROAT, STOMACH VIRUS, OR ANYTHING CONTAGIOUS, PLEASE RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT.

*DO NOT ATTEND YOUR APPOINTMENT UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL OR DRUGS. IF YOU ARE UNDER THE INFLUENCE, THE THERAPIST IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ADVERSE REACTIONS OR REPERCUSSIONS.

*CLIENTS MUST NOTIFY THE THERAPIST OF HEALTH HISTORY UPDATES WHEN REQUIRED.

*SEXUAL HARASSMENT OR ANY BEHAVIOR WHICH WOULD CAUSE THE THERAPIST TO FEEL UNSAFE IS NOT TOLERATED AND YOUR TREATMENT WILL BE ENDED IMMEDIATELY, YOU WILL STILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FULL TREATMENT COST.

*CLIENTS HAVE THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE TREATMENT AT ANY TIME, BUT WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO PAY FOR SERVICES RECEIVED. PLEASE COMMUNICATE ANY CONCERNS WITH YOUR THERAPIST AND THEY WILL BE CORRECTED.

*HEALING HANDS OASIS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE LOSS OF ANY VALUABLES OR PERSONAL PROPERTY LEFT ON THE PREMISES, PLEASE CHECK YOUR ROOM PRIOR TO LEAVING.

Return Policy

Gift cards are non refundable. They may be transferred and do not expire.

We accept returns on in store items. You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase.

If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return.

If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at 403-548-5302 with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective or would like to return to:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
