Cancellation Policy

If Cancellation is necessary, Please allow at least 12 hours notice. If you do not give proper notice you will be charged a cancellation fee of $30. Any no show without cancellation, or cancellation within 2 hours of the treatment time you will be responsible for the entire treatment cost. Emergency cancellation are dealt with at practitioners discretion. Sessions are to begin and end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, you are subject to losing time from your session and will be charged full price. If your therapist is late, you will receive your full treatment. If you have a cold, flu, sore throat, stomach virus, or anything contagious, please reschedule your appointment. Do not attend your appointment if you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol. If you are under the influence, the therapist is not responsible for any adverse reactions or repercussions. Clients must notify the therapist of health history updates at the beginning of the appointment. Sexual Harassment or any behavior which causes the therapist to feel unsafe is not tolerated and your treatment will be ended immediately, you will be responsible for the full treatment cost. Clients have the right to terminate at any time, but will still be responsible to pay for the treatment session Healing Hands Oasis is not responsible for the loss of any valuables or personal property left on premises, Please check the room before leaving. The gift certificates and package plans are non-refundable. if you choose to not use them, they may be sold or transferred, the gift certificates and package plans do not expire.
